In the summer of 2024, a client requested the largest apples we had for use in shooting a scene in a film.

They needed them so large that they were almost comical.

The largest apple we had in stock was Fuji but they would not work, they were too small.

Not knowing of a larger variety, they left it to us to find it for them.

Using our extensive network of suppliers, we were able to find large apples from Poland that were even bigger than the Fuji.

They were larger than the palm
of a hand and weighing roughly 450g each, with some as much
as 480g!
